Job Title: Senior Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation and support of SAP Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality customer service processes aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP Customer Service implementations, upgrades and support activities. They will provide expert functional and technical guidance on SAP Customer Service processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and support SAP Customer Service solutions.
  • Provide expert functional and technical guidance on SAP Customer Service processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP Customer Service solutions.
  • Configure and customize the SAP Customer Service module to optimize customer service workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from support teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PM, CRM) to ensure seamless integration of SAP Customer Service with other modules.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions and user support to maximize system adoption.
  • Stay updated with SAP Customer Service latest features, tools and industry trends, recommending continuous improvements.
