Job Description:
Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP FICO Implementation: Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Business Process Optimization: Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
- Integration: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules.
- Project Management: Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
