Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant

High-performing individuals with expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling are sought to deliver exceptional solutions that drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC) aligned with business requirements.
  • Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and create functional specifications.
  • Analyze complex business processes and propose best-practice SAP solutions.
  • Support global template deployments for new company codes, legal entities, and business units.
  • Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO issues and coordinate with partners as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably including S/4HANA.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Tax, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
  • Strong integration knowledge with other modules (SD, MM, PP).
  • Experience with RISE with SAP or S/4HANA migration projects is a plus.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and hyper care support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
