About This Role

This role plays a crucial part in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market share. Primary responsibilities will involve direct sales, marketing activities, and customer relationship management across the regions we serve.

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Promote and demonstrate our products, including FRP chambers, binding wires, and HDPE pipes, to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new client bases.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing detailed reports and feedback to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to network and develop industry contacts.
  • Manage product branding and customer communication through various marketing channels.
  • E nsure the availability of a vehicle for regular travel to client sites and meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction or related industry.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the construction materials sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • To own a vehicle and be willing to travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary based on experience, as well as attractive incentive plans.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
