- Compliance & HR Operations: Maintain labor law compliance across all branches within the zone. Oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy to ensure data integrity. Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings to maintain regulatory compliance.">
