About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our team at WAFT Designs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing prospective clients, conducting property site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing prospective clients generated through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conducting property site visits and assisting clients in property selection.
  • Responsible for both leasing & sales in residential and commercial real estate.
  • Staying updated on the real estate market trends through market research.
  • Achieving sales targets and closing deals efficiently.
  • Maintaining and updating the client database and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Must have own vehicle and willing to work on weekends for site visits.
  • Knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate markets in Gurugram.
  • Legal knowledge of sale or lease contracts/agreement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
