Job Title: Senior Sales/Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales/Business Development Manager to join our team at Amogh Buildtech Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Gurgaon real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and company management.
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and negotiations with customers to close deals.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of real estate projects, highlighting their pros and cons.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Gurgaon real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Gurgaon and its residential projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality, good work ethic, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work professionally with customers, sales teams, and company management.
  • Basic computer skills, including internet, emails, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
