Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Salesperson to join our team at OPG Proverty Advisors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Generate sales with existing customers and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and strategies for growth.
  • Sales Meetings and Training: Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and improve sales skills.
  • Channel Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to grow the business.
  • Customer Queries and Revisits: Facilitate and drive revisits and resolve customer queries to achieve deal closures.

Requirements:

  • Revenue Targets: Meet measurable monthly, quarterly, and annually revenue targets.
  • Market Visits and Calls: Maintain required number of calls and market visits as required.
  • Vehicle and Market Experience: Must have a vehicle and experience in the Gurugram market.
