The Company focuses on Debt Syndication and Structured Finance, Debt Restructuring, and Resolution Services.

The company is currently looking for a highly motivated candidate to head our mid-market vertical primarily for debt advisory. An ideal candidate should possess ~5 years of work experience in business development/credit appraisal/credit analyst roles with banks/NBFCs/credit rating agencies or other market intermediaries.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial mindset professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain 360-degree relationships with clients/DSPs/other intermediaries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting direct cold calling across sectors to generate leads and explore business opportunities;
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting with potential clients to explain our business proposal and offerings;
  • Working independently to generate his own leads and bring them to a closure stage for the company;
  • Having a good understanding of financial statements, relationship management, and liaising with clients from an operations perspective;
  • Supporting the operations team in structuring transactions and closures;
  • Heading business development in mid-markets and maintaining relationships with clients/DSPs/other intermediaries;
  • Understanding client financial requirements and fitting them into available credit products in the market;
  • Developing and implementing a business development strategy.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-10 years of experience in business development/credit appraisal/credit analyst roles with banks/NBFCs/credit rating agencies or other market intermediaries;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • CA/CAIIB/Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance/business administration or related field.
