
Boutique Sales Director

We are a reputable bridal fashion label seeking a passionate and driven Boutique Store Manager to lead our team.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless and luxury customer experience.
- Manage a team of stylists and support staff – training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Drive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice.
- Handle client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care.
- Maintain inventory – including stock checks, ordering, and display management.
- Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections.
- Maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi.
