Timely completion of projects is crucial, and the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting launch dates.

They will build strong relationships with general contractors, vendors, and dealers to ensure effective project delivery.

Close integration between design and project teams is essential, and the candidate will ensure a smooth working relationship.

Site possession from Day-1 is vital, and the candidate will work towards achieving this goal.

They will also be responsible for formulating SOPs and establishing budgeted costs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure accuracy

The successful candidate will work closely with regional operation teams to deliver projects within the estimated timeline.

Travel to sites is required, and the candidate will review drawings for adherence to standards.

Vendor development and knowledge of fabrication and materials are also essential requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or related qualification
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Reliability and self-motivation are essential qualities for this role.

Experience in the Retail Industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
