We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Excelohunt Infotech. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing engagement, nurturing leads, extracting contacts, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, specifically in E-commerce and Cold email marketing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to gather requirements for email campaigns, understand the brand, analyze competitors, and conduct market research for strategic planning.
  • Campaign Planning: Strategize and plan email campaigns based on target audience and marketing goals, segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted content, and analyze data and insights to optimize future email campaigns.
  • Working on Projects: Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from creation to deployment, monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement, collaborate with design teams, integrate feedback, and optimize E-commerce flows.
Expectations from You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Graduation/Diploma
  • 2-5 years experience as an Email Marketing Specialist
  • Strong knowledge of E-commerce and Cold email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing for optimization
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp/Klaviyo/instantly etc.
  • Proficiency in real-time analytics, post-campaign analysis, and generating detailed reports
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, engage in advanced planning, and manage project timelines effectively
  • Expertise in Email copywriting
  • Leadership skills for leading and managing a collaborative team
  • A positive and supportive approach to foster a productive team environment
