Job Overview:

We seek a creative, data-driven, and dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead and execute strategies elevating our brand presence, engaging our customers, and driving business growth. From crafting compelling campaigns to analyzing trends, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline platforms.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and innovative content to connect with our audience, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and more.
  • Social Media Management: Build and grow our online presence through consistent storytelling, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Influencer Management: Identify, collaborate with, and maintain relationships with social media influencers to promote our brand's products, leveraging their reach and credibility to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales.
  • Market Research: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing campaign results and key performance metrics to measure ROI and improve future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and creative teams to ensure seamless brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute event strategies, both online and offline, to amplify brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a flair for crafting compelling narratives.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing is a plus.
  • Passionate about women's health, wellness, and empowerment is a bonus.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
