_**DOPS Event Ops LLP, a leading name in event operations, is seeking a persuasive and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. As part of our growth strategy, the Telemarketer will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, promoting our wide range of services, and generating quality leads.**_
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to DOPS’ services and identifying their needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value and expertise of DOPS Event Ops LLP.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to client requirements.
- Support sales strategies by sharing client feedback and insights to refine approaches.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a professional phone demeanor.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer engagement roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems is a plus.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
