Job Title:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Campaigns & Activities Execution:
    • Support in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and offline).
    • Optimizing campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Digital Marketing and Content management:
    • Manage Brand Social media pages, Group postings, content creation.
    • Develop and execute targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, consistently generate leads, and promptly share them with the lead manager.
    • Create and edit marketing collaterals with graphic design team, including brochures, digital assets, Social media posts.
    • Maintain database of digital assets like Photos, Videos, PPTs, Customers/clients database, website database.
    • Ensure application of brand guidelines and consistency across all content and campaigns.
  • Events/Exhibitions Coordination:
    • Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, events and product launches.
    • Coordination with agencies and Ensuring readiness of exhibitions/events setup as per the plan.
    • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
  • In-House Marketing activities:
    • Organizing monthly activities like digital freak, special days activities, events for internal teams.
    • Organizing In-house trainings.
  • Content shoot/Photoshoot:
    • Basic Content shoot/Photo/Videoshoot for regular pump dispatches, marketing activities.
    • Arranging Customer/Dealer testimonials.
  • Coordination with Finance Team:
    • Maintain all RFAs docs (Request for approval) for Marketing Team.
    • Invoice collections from vendors/partners/agencies, timely submission of Invoices to finance team.
    • Coordination with Finance team for timely payments to vendors/partners/agencies after necessary approval from management.
    • Collect monthly ledger from finance team and map the same with Marketing budget.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, finance, Production, logistics, store and other departments.
    • Taking quotes from market/vendors/agencies for various marketing activities.
    • Liaise with agencies, in-house designers for required creatives and designs.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, campaigns and report on KPIs such as Engagement, lead generation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education:
    • MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and writing skills.
    • Tech savvy and knowledge of social media management platforms.
    • Organizing skills.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Competencies:
    • Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team.
Estimated Salary:

Rupees 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 per annum based on the location and experience.
