Administrative Liaison to Senior Executive

At Accor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of meetings, appointments, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar to coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Screen and handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Take accurate minutes at Executive Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate with various departments and staff members as directed by the General Manager.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence for the General Manager's signature.
  • Attend to requests from divisional, corporate, or owners' offices.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel files.
  • Ensure approval forms are prepared for the General Manager's signature.
  • Maintain filing and tracing systems.
  • Maintain personal files and leave records for Executive Committee and Department Heads.

Requirements:

  • Diploma education.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of secretarial experience with at least 1 year serving senior management.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Good communication and customer contact skills.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of all F&B services, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Conversant with hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
