Job Title: Key Financial Manager

Description

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage key financial functions, ensuring compliance and providing valuable insights to support our organization's growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, adhering to industry standards.
  • Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate on budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and collections.
  • Evaluate tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns.
  • Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements.
  • Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency.
  • Effectively utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
  • Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CA Inter is a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
