Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial statements, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Supervise accounting staff and conduct audits
  • Prepare budgets and analyze financial data to support strategic decisions
  • Handle tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
  • ERP knowledge is a must
  • Proficiency in managing financial statements, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Experience in supervising accounting staff and conducting audits
  • Skills in preparing budgets and analyzing financial data
  • Knowledge of tax filings and regulatory compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
