Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to spearhead our SAP FICO initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong grasp of financial accounting business processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC) in alignment with business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support rollouts and global template deployments for new company codes, legal entities, and business units.
  • Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of strong hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably including S/4HANA.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Tax, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing).

Essential Skills:

  • Good understanding of Financial Accounting Business Processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in SD is a plus.
  • Experience with RISE with SAP or S/4HANA migration projects is a plus.
