Financial Accounting Consultant Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity to work as a Financial Accounting Consultant, responsible for delivering high-quality SAP FI/RE-FX solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Lease Accounting (IFRS16) and SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. SAP FI / RE-FX – Lease In and Lease Out experience with focus on IFRS16 compliance.
  2. Business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solutioning involvement.
  3. Design and configuration of SAP solutions to meet business needs.
  4. Creation of Business Process Documents, Key Data Structures, Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and Training Materials.
  5. Real Estate Lease-in contracts application development with adherence to IFRS16, HGB, and Local GAAP valuation principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
