Job Description:The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and budgeting process for our global teams. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes for our global teams.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
- Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in:
- Financial modeling and budgeting.
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
