About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Professional to join our Finance team. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic financial decision-making, forecasting, and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial models to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and automated reporting systems to streamline recurring insights and enhance visibility into financial performance.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to align business drivers with financial implications and planning outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker); SQL or Python a plus.
  • Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Tableau Certification) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
