Job Overview

A key role is to lead the finance team and manage financial operations in various locations, ensuring timely submission of reports, maintaining strong collaboration with regional teams, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

This role requires strategic leadership skills to drive the finance function and achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will have expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Manage Bank Payments and Receipts, optimize working capital, and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and advanced Excel
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or a related field and relevant professional certification. They should have at least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
