  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks
  • Partnering with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives
  • Overseeing the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics
  • Evaluating program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis
  • Mentoring and guiding team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies
