Head of Talent Sourcing

Job Summary:
">The Head of Talent Sourcing will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives. This includes designing and executing effective sourcing plans to attract top talent, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, and analyzing key recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Sourcing and Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement targeted sourcing plans to identify, engage, and hire top talent across functions; analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the talent acquisition game;
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive relationship-building and engagement with potential candidates, leveraging various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks;
- Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, and delivering regular feedback to build trust and loyalty;
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with HR, department heads, and leadership to understand hiring needs and drive collaborative recruitment processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and streamlining workflows;
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions, track progress against goals, and optimize recruitment processes for maximum impact;
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse workforce, promote inclusive hiring practices, and foster an equitable work environment that values diversity and promotes growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition at the corporate level, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies that drive business results.
