About the Role:

  • Manage all employee lifecycle transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Employee data and process management on HR systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Report HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement, provide insights to stakeholders, and contribute to decision-making
  • Strong adherence to HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR analytics, KPIs, and compliance, and present findings to HR leadership and key stakeholders
  • Support during HR audits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking, approving and managing onboarding forms on HR systems
  • Managing background verification process, coordinating with vendors and HR business partners
  • Managing employee lifecycle events such as new hires, promotions, terminations, and other events
