Job Title: Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our team of high performers.   • Lead and manage a team of high performing individuals responsible for end-to-end pricing operations management
  • Drive process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Influence peers and stakeholders across multiple functions to achieve operational and business goals
  • Manage performance measured on operations/business goals and SLA metrics
  • Ensure high quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • 2+ years of team management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, especially MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint at an advanced level
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
