Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and strategic planning
  • Act as the main point of contact, defining a success plan with clear outcomes and organizing communication across customer executives, business partners, and operational resources
  • Monitor customer engagement outcomes relevant to defined success metrics and ensure customers employ best practices for achieving maximum value
  • Triage risk and create mitigation plans across customers, managing expectations both internally and externally
  • Drive adoption of digital solutions using data insights and progress from baseline through maturity curve
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience (7-9 years preferred)
  • Experience in customer success or technology consulting, preferably in digital marketing and digital experience
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills to spot customer risk
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under situations with multiple competing priorities
