A seasoned professional is required to lead the post-sales customer experience. This role involves driving successful outcomes with customers, leveraging data insights and strategic planning to achieve maximum value.
The ChallengeThis is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' success and growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for partnering with customers, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and strategic planning
- Act as the main point of contact, defining a success plan with clear outcomes and organizing communication across customer executives, business partners, and operational resources
- Monitor customer engagement outcomes relevant to defined success metrics and ensure customers employ best practices for achieving maximum value
- Triage risk and create mitigation plans across customers, managing expectations both internally and externally
- Drive adoption of digital solutions using data insights and progress from baseline through maturity curve
- Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience (7-9 years preferred)
- Experience in customer success or technology consulting, preferably in digital marketing and digital experience
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills to spot customer risk
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under situations with multiple competing priorities
