Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling digital calls, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

">

  • ">
  • Handle digital calls with high quality and adhere to call quality audit process;">
  • Resolve queries and process service requests at digital calls;">
  • Generate sales and recruitment leads and convert them into customers;">
  • Persistently collect 13M & 25M data;">
  • R etain customers coming in for surrender/ECS/FLC/E2R;">
  • Manage new business work-in-progress;">
  • Ensure statutory compliance and branch risk rating;">
  • Train and certify team members;">
  • Measure success based on total duration of user activity, number of calls attended, average call handling time, and time taken to pick up the call;">

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely and accurate resolution of issues;">
  • Digital NPS/surrender NPS;">
  • POS decline management;">
  • WIP management;">
  • S2S/R lead generation and follow-up with distribution till conversion;">

  • Weekly follow-up with distribution on unpaid cases;">
  • S urender retention both on value & volume;">
  • ECS retention both on value & volume;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • At least 2-3 years of insurance experience, with at least 2 years in customer service/operations/finance;">
  • Strong people skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;">
  • Good coordination skills and data management on Excel;">
  • Accounting knowledge and customer-centric approach;">
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;">
