Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented
OTA Onboarding Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding new hotels and properties onto various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and ensuring smooth integration with our systems. Your work will directly impact our clients' visibility, sales, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals to gather required information for OTA listings.
  • Set up and configure property profiles across major OTAs , Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate mapping of rates, availability, and inventory across connected platforms.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues and work with internal tech teams to resolve them.
  • Provide training to clients on OTA platforms and our channel manager/booking engine.
  • Maintain onboarding progress reports and ensure timelines are met.
  • Stay updated on OTA policies, tools, and trends to optimize property performance.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in OTA onboarding, hotel reservations, or hospitality tech (preferred).
  • Familiarity with popular OTAs , Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (and [local language, if needed]).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Basic understanding of channel managers, PMS, or booking engines is a plus.
