Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
OTA Onboarding /
Technical Onboarding
Intern
to join our team. In this role, you will support hotels in setting up and managing their property listings on leading Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as , Expedia, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate data entry, and successful property activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist hotels in onboarding their properties across various OTAs.
• Ensure accurate setup of property details including descriptions, images, amenities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with hotels to collect all necessary information and documents.
• Support in mapping room categories, rates, and availability across OTA platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic onboarding or listing issues.
• Work closely with the customer success and tech support teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (Hospitality / Business / Tourism / IT preferred).
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of OTAs, channel managers, or hotel booking systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
