Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager Affiliates Business Sales for our hotel API distribution business. The role requires building, managing, and growing affiliate partnerships with OTAs, TMCs, B2B consolidators, fintech players, and other strategic partners. The candidate will be responsible for selling our hotel API solutions, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless partner onboarding and engagement. Tech Knowledge will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of hotel API solutions to affiliates, B2B partners, and distribution channels.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new partners including OTAs, TMCs, fintech platforms, and aggregators.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, negotiations, contract closures, commercials, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the tech, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and partner experience.
  • Achieve revenue, sales targets, and market penetration as per business goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring high engagement and retention.
  • Analyze partner performance, revenue trends, and API consumption patterns, providing regular reports and business insights.
  • Monitor competition, market trends, and recommend strategies for business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, trade shows, and networking events to expand visibility and partnerships.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales/affiliate partnerships, preferably in OTA, travel technology, or hotel distribution.
  • Strong understanding of hotel APIs, distribution systems, and travel industry dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (tech, product, finance, operations).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
