Your Role:
We're looking for a
driven, relationship-focused Affiliate Sales & Partnerships Specialist
to
lead and scale one of the key pillars of our growth engine:

Fuelled Affiliate Program
(fitness coaches, creators, athletes)
You'll be responsible for finding the right partners, onboarding them, enabling their success, and
building long-term relationships that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Growth & Management
● Recruit, qualify, and onboard new affiliates (fitness coaches, creators, athletes)
● Execute outreach via Instagram, WhatsApp, Email & DMs
● Build a follow-up system to track affiliate prospects and onboarding progress
●
Manage communication, performance, and motivation of affiliates
●
Provide them with content support, offers, training, and performance tracking
● Collaborate with the content team to build monthly hooks, campaigns & assets
●
Run monthly contests, leaderboards & product launch campaigns
You're a Fit If You:
● Have 3+ years in Affiliate, Retail, or Partnership sales & marketing (fitness/D2C space is
a big plus)
● Are a people person—confident with outreach, pitching, and relationship building
● Love building systems, trackers, and playbooks to keep things moving
●Are comfortable with CRMs, WhatsApp automation, and managing sales workflows
● Can think like a marketer and act like a closer
● Are a fast learner, self-starter, and have a deep understanding of fitness culture
● Bonus: You've built or scaled influencer networks for D2C or supplement brands
