We're Hiring- Affiliate Account Manager/Client Servicing

At AdSynergix, we're expanding globally and looking for a dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our growing partnerships team.

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Company: AdSynergix | AdTech & Performance Marketing

Experience: 2–5 Years (Affiliate / BD / Partnerships / Sales)

What You'll Do:-

  • Manage and grow relationships with
    affiliate partners and networks
    across multiple regions (US, EU, APAC).
  • Negotiate and onboard new agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, ROI, and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech, creative, media buying) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze metrics, track KPIs, and share actionable insights with partners.
  • Handle client communication and ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
  • Explore new business opportunities and partnership models in global markets.

What Makes You a Great Fit:-

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Business Development
    .
  • Strong network or exposure in
    international markets
    (especially SaaS, eCommerce, or FinTech verticals).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Analytical mindset — you understand numbers, traffic, and conversions.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced AdTech environment.
  • A team player who thrives on ownership, creativity, and results.
