Job Description:

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of affiliate programs aimed at increasing traffic, leads, and revenue. Your role will focus on building strong relationships with affiliate partners and optimizing campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's affiliate marketing strategy.
  • Identify, recruit, and build relationships with new affiliate partners.
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to ensure compliance and performance benchmarks.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Collaborate with affiliates to design and implement promotional strategies.
  • Perform regular competitive analysis to benchmark and improve affiliate campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and optimize results.

Performance Reporting:

  • Track affiliate ROI and KPIs using analytics, MMP and Engagements Tools
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the affiliate marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Negotiate commission structures with affiliate partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and platforms.
  • Proficiency in performance tracking tools and reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
