About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Affiliate Marketing Specialist
who can drive high-quality traffic, manage global affiliate partners, and scale performance-based campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering conversions, optimizing ROI, and building strong relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, and media buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns across global markets
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliate partners
  • Analyze performance data and implement strategies to increase conversions
  • Monitor traffic quality, detect fraud, and ensure brand-safe activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creatives, landing pages, and funnels
  • Negotiate payouts, terms, and campaign structures with affiliates
  • Track campaigns through postbacks, MMPs, and affiliate dashboards
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of proven experience in affiliate or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate networks, offerwalls, and traffic sources
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in survey, gaming, fintech, or reward-based campaigns
  • Knowledge of fraud detection tools
  • Basic understanding of running paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok)
