HR Leader Role

The primary function of this role is to align human resource practices with business objectives, drive performance and growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations and concerns while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and performance improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Deep understanding of HR data analysis, decision-making, and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively and lead teams towards common objectives.
  • Strong track record of designing and implementing engagement strategies, managing performance cycles, and reporting on key metrics.
Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • High proficiency level in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and similar tools.
