Job Title: Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team as a Financial Strategist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime, Odoo) and advanced Excel is also a must. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
