Business Finance Specialist

As a Business Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and optimizing resource allocation. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership across various business units and functions, providing proactive financial insights and recommendations.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Strategic Financial & Business Partnering:
    • Act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership.
    • Provide proactive financial insights and recommendations.
  • Performance Management & Reporting:
    • Analyze business performance and provide insightful reports.
    • Drive accountability for financial performance.
  • Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management:
    • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop effective pricing strategies.
    • Analyze product and customer profitability.
  • Business Case Development & Evaluation:
    • Partner with business teams to develop compelling business cases.
    • Evaluate financial assumptions and projections.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
    • Collaborate with IT to implement financial systems.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Effectively communicate financial performance and insights.

The qualifications for this position include:

  • CA qualified with Over 5+ years of experience in Business Finance.
  • Proven experience in managing finance teams.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Proficient in Business Partnering.
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
