About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to drive our growth initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on unlocking new business opportunities.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.

You'll work cross-functionally with various teams to enable alignment and outcomes, identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and supporting their execution and integration into ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Develop creative growth initiatives.
  • Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects.
