Job Title: Total Rewards Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the compensation and benefits function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation structures that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in designing and managing employee benefits programs, conducting benchmarking and salary surveys, and evaluating the effectiveness of benefits. Additionally, you will drive annual compensation review cycles, partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair and transparent reward systems, and maintain governance and documentation for compensation and benefits programs.

• Compensation and Benefits Expertise: Proven experience in designing and managing compensation structures, employee benefits programs, and performance-driven reward systems.
• Benchmarking and Salary Surveys: Ability to conduct thorough benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Benefits Administration: Experience in designing and managing benefits programs, including health, insurance, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and employees.
• Analytics and Reporting: Strong analytical and reporting skills to create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation and benefits utilization.
