Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing shared mailboxes, and ensuring data integrity throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support hiring leaders in raising timely and accurate requisitions.
  • Manage shared mailboxes to route new requisitions to GTA managers for next steps.
  • Ensure high-quality results, process compliance to operating guidelines, and alignment with global recruitment standards.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for candidates using internal email calendar technology and our video interview platform.
  • Manage visitor management systems to pre-register candidates for interviews.
  • Regularly report data accuracy and follow up with recruiters to ensure system adherence.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters to ensure real-time communication on pre-offer queries.
  • Support recruiters by sending disposition correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with standard recruitment processes and adhere to department of labor mandates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, system adherence, and process governance.
  • Prior experience in recruiting support administration activities like screening, scheduling, and offer management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to lead large data points and create dashboards.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment systems, ATS (Taleo), HRIS, and recruitment policies.
