We're looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in technical training, be detail-oriented, and able to tailor training to the target audience.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the development of our team's skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering training onsite or virtually with up to 90% travel, including remote locations
  • Instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques
  • Configuring and troubleshooting training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange, Cloud Protection solutions, and network services
  • Managing class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys
  • Providing support and assistance to students as needed

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical training
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience
  • Ability to mentor and influence effectively
  • Experience as a technical instructor in network security, cloud, or SaaS technology
  • Bachelors degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications
  • Strong classroom skills: presentation, listening, engagement, cultural sensitivity, and understanding
