As a senior hospitality professional, your role will involve overseeing the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Key responsibilities include leading teams to meet guest needs, ensuring staff grooming and attire are up to par, and maintaining storage areas for organization and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing strategies to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Inspecting team performance, addressing any deficiencies, and providing coaching and training.
- Executing opening and closing duties, including setup and equipment maintenance.
- Maintaining storage areas for efficiency and cleanliness.
- Monitoring dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest well-being.
- Collaborating with management on employee development, scheduling, evaluations, and counseling.
- Fostering positive working relationships and supporting team goals.
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance and welcome guests according to company standards.
