Product Visionary Role

We seek a skilled and experienced Product Owner to oversee our global digital hub serving healthcare professionals.

This role involves working closely with the development team to ensure products are technically sound, meet business requirements, and are delivered on time and efficiently.

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Work closely with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet technical and business requirements for marketing technology products.
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for marketing technology products.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for marketing technology products.
  • Be well-versed in all policies and regulations related to Digital technologies, Privacy, and communication.
  • Ensure company policies and best practices are followed.
  • Ensure information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected by complying with security policies.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology/Healthcare company.
  • Have a strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience in marketing technology products is a must.
  • Must have experience in digital technologies of B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & API services, web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • Experience in CMS tools viz Stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager are an advantage.
  • Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas and can visualize opportunities.
  • Anticipates and avoids technical problems while also quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution/workarounds.
  • Recognized as a technology expert and actively seeks best trends.
  • Implements and supports strategic architecture initiatives.
  • Effectively uses collaboration tools for communication and resource management.
  • Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Must have good project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
