Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge products. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior leaders, product managers, developers, quality analysts, and infrastructure specialists to deliver high-quality products.

  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor on architecture, design, and technical aspects of our products.
  • Identify and deploy the right tools, frameworks, techniques, and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee product development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within agreed timeframes.
  • Own all non-functional requirements for our products.
  • Contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in PDC's (Product Development Companies) would be highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development and management methods
  • Adept at using off-the-shelf software components rather than building everything from scratch
  • Confident with Typescript and proficient with JavaScript-based front-end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte
  • Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and experience building and deploying RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints
  • Good command of written and spoken English
