We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with 20+ years of experience and 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.

Job Description:

  • To define and execute a platform engineering strategy aligned with product and business goals.
  • To lead global R&D roadmap and product transformation initiatives.
  • To build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
  • To oversee development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.
  • To collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • To make technical decisions balancing engineering, business, and customer needs.
  • To drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, stability, and security.
  • To champion Agile methodologies and foster a data-driven engineering culture.
  • To represent engineering to senior stakeholders and report on progress and challenges.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A proven track record of managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.
  • A strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Technical skills: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies; familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and building engineering talent pipelines.
