Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product roadmaps for AI applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new AI solutions to drive business growth.
  • Develop product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer feedback and business goals to deliver value-driven products.
  • Prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product milestones in collaboration with engineering teams to meet business objectives.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features and business value propositions to drive adoption.
  • Monitor product performance and gather data-driven insights to optimize adoption and engagement.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for AI applications, including pricing, positioning, and customer training to achieve success.
  • Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Requirements

Strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.

A minimum of 2–4 years of experience managing technology products, with exposure to AI/ML applications highly desirable.

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs) is essential.

Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.

Customer-centric approach with strong ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features is crucial.

Strategic thinking with analytical mindset to prioritize and make data-driven decisions is vital.

Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product ideas and updates are required.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience launching or managing AI/ML products is beneficial.

Exposure to cloud-based AI solutions and MLOps workflows is advantageous.

Understanding of user experience (UX) principles for AI-driven products is desired.

Experience engaging with enterprise customers or managing B2B products is preferred.
