Job Title: AI/ML Product Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML powered products, from market research and competitive analysis to development, launch, and adoption.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that drive measurable business growth through AI/ML use cases.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to enable data-driven decision-making for leaders and management.
  • Capture and prioritize feedback, define clear product requirements, and maintain a feature backlog.
  • Evaluate impact and ensure product adoption across stakeholders.
  • Champion our AI/ML offerings and communicate their value proposition effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to work with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Proven experience in business-side product management with exposure to AI/ML or data analytics products.
  • Ability to initiate new AI/ML use cases, define product roadmaps, and lead go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and guide business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to leadership.
