Sales and Marketing Development Role

This unique opportunity allows recent MBA graduates to acquire hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and automation.

Key responsibilities include data monitoring, campaign performance tracking, following up with interested leads via email, calls, and messages, assisting with calling for outreach and lead nurturing, preparing and maintaining documentation related to AI and automation workflows, supporting the drafting of client proposals and presentations, contributing to creating engaging content for social media and company posts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams for smooth project execution.

  • Data Monitoring and Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Follow-up with Interested Leads: Engage with potential clients through regular communication channels.
  • Assist with Calling for Outreach: Participate in calling activities to establish new connections and nurture existing relationships.
  • Prepare and Maintain Documentation: Organize and update records related to AI and automation processes.
  • Support in Drafting Client Proposals: Contribute to the creation of customized proposals for potential clients.
  • Contribute to Creating Engaging Content: Develop captivating content for social media and company publications.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work together with team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Recently Completed MBA (Marketing/Sales Specialization Preferred): Recent graduates with a focus on marketing or sales are highly preferred.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Basic Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Lead Generation Processes: Understanding of fundamental concepts in sales, marketing, and lead generation is required.
  • Comfortable Making Calls: Ability to make phone calls and engage with potential clients is crucial.
  • Interest in AI, Automation, and Sales Technology Tools: Familiarity with AI, automation, and sales technology tools is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (CRM Knowledge is a Plus): Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, particularly CRM software, is an asset.
  • Self-Driven with Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks: Self-motivation and multitasking abilities are necessary for this role.
